End of Year Celebration Event –
Rides/Attractions, Music, and Food
When: Sunday, May 31
Where: Beale Park
Time: 1PM-8PM (approx end time)
Wrist Bands (for rides/attractions): $10.00
Face Painting: $1.00 ticket
Radar Gun Pitching: $1.00 ticket
Details: Gates will open at 1 pm.
1:00 PM – 5:00 PM - Rides/Attractions, to include rock climbing,
will be available, thru the purchase of a wrist band, from 1-5
PM. We plan on having 4- 5 rides (attractions), in addition to
smaller rides (attractions) available. Face painting artist will
be at the park from 1-4 PM, and radar gun pitching from 1-4 PM.
Concessions will be open, and we will also be selling BBQ
platters to include BBQ, Cole Slaw, Baked Beans, and Bread for
$5.00 a plate.
5:00 PM - End of The Year Ceremony will begin. We will be
announcing each player, and coach, and presenting each player
with a participation medal.
All Stars for each division will be announced during this time.
6:00 PM – Coaches Softball Game – still working on the details –
but will be well worth the wait.
This is not only for SRA members, but anyone else you would like
to invite – “the more the merrier” |
